<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically combine flow charts of similar processings. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processing apparatus, when obtaining a workflow to be combined, a workflow composition processing part 23 reads a workflow, which is similar to the workflow; from a workflow database 30.
