PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug information notifying apparatus and a drug information notifying system that notifies a patient about drug interaction.

SOLUTION: The drug information notifying apparatus includes: an IC card 10 carried by a patient P who obtains a drug to store information on a drug to be taken by the patient P; a barcode reader 21 that reads the information on the drug obtained by the patient P; an IC card reader 22 that reads information on the drug to be taken stored in the IC card 10; and an output unit 27 that outputs a receipt of the drug obtained. The output unit 27 outputs interaction information between the obtained drug having the obtained drug information read by the barcode reader 21 and the drug to be taken having the drug information read by the IC card reader 22, and the drug information including the receipt of the obtained drug obtained by the patient P.
