SCAN DRIVE UNIT AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic gate capable of attaining a logical sum by the use of only PMOS transistors.

SOLUTION: The logic gate includes a first drive unit 10 which controls a voltage of a first node N1 according to a plurality of input signals; a second drive unit 12 which controls a voltage value of the first node N1; a third drive unit 14 which controls connection/disconnection between a first power source VDD and an output terminal Vout according to the voltage value applied to the first node N1; a control transistor M8 which is connected between the third drive unit 14 and a second power source VSS; and a fourth drive unit 16 which controls connection/disconnection between a gate electrode of the control transistor M8 and the second power source VSS. The transistors constituting the first drive unit to the fourth drive unit and the control transistor M8 are formed of only PMSOs.
