<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member in which the number of parts is reduced and assembling performance is improved, while sealing performance between an output shaft and a boss section is secured. <P>SOLUTION: A clamping part 55 for clamping an edge part of a through hole 49 is provided radially outward of a body 51. An each first projection 56 in which an inner periphery is brought into contact with an outer periphery of the boss section 41 is provided in the boss section 41 side of the body 51. A second projection 57 in which an inner periphery is brought into contact with an outer periphery of an output shaft 39 is provided in a crank arm 21 side of the body 51. Each annular lip 58a, 58b which is brought into contact with one-side surface 21a of the crank arm 21 is provided in the crank arm 21 side of the body 51. Thereby, each the first projection 56, the second projection 57 and each the annular lip 58a, 58b are integrated with each other in the body 51, enabling the reduction of the number of parts.
