<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water level detector with high detection accuracy by fixing the inductance of a coil and stabilizing an oscillation frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In the water level detector of a variable reactance (frequency) type for detecting the water level of a washing machine or the like, a bobbin pedestal 37 is provided with at least one plane part 41, and the plane part 41 is abutted and fixed to the upper surface inner side part of an upper case 44. By providing the plane part 41 for attachment on the extension line of the bobbin pedestal 37, the warp of the attachment plane part during molding is eliminated, and when fixing it to the upper case 44, the need of forcibly fitting it to the surface of the upper case 44 is eliminated and it is fixed without accumulating stress. Even when an ambient environment temperature changes, a bobbin unit 33 is not vertically moved, the inductance of the coil 36 is fixed, the oscillation frequency is stabilized, and thus the detection accuracy is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
