<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide structure that facilitates electric connection between electric wiring and light receiving/emitting element, that at the same time accurately adjusts the position of the light receiving/emitting element with respect to an optical waveguide, and that is capable of surely holding the position, to provide a photoelectric hybrid substrate that is equipped with such the optical waveguide structure and that is fully suppressed in connection loss between the optical waveguide and the light receiving/emitting element, and to provide electronic equipment that has such photoelectric hybrid substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric hybrid substrate 1 includes: a laminate comprising an optical circuit layer 2 with an optical waveguide 21 formed thereon, an electric circuit layer 3 with an electric wiring 31 formed thereon, a supporting substrate 4 installed between the optical circuit layer 2 and the electric circuit layer 3, and a supporting substrate 5 installed in the upper part of the optical circuit layer 2; and a light receiving/emitting element 7 inserted into a through-hole 6 formed in this laminate. The right side end part of the electric wiring 31 protrudes to the right to form a projection 311. The projection 311 comes into contact with the electrode pad 72 of the light receiving/emitting element 7 and bears electric connection between the electric wiring 31 and the light receiving/emitting element 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
