PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the embellishment expressed on the cosmetic surface over a long period of time even if a lamination type multicolored cosmetic is continuously used. SOLUTION: A lower compacted layer 3 and an upper compacted layer 4 are laminated within a cosmetic plate 2. The lower compacted layer 3 is constituted of a compacted cosmetic having at least one color. The upper compacted layer 4 is partially laminated on the lower compacted layer 3 within the cosmetic plate 2 and is constituted of a compacted cosmetic having a color different from the color of the lower compacted layer 3.
