PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible printed circuit board that improves transmission loss and compatible with higher data transmission speed without straining, and also facilitates manufacturing the board. SOLUTION: The flexible printed circuit board includes a first insulating layer, a conductive layer having a signal line and a ground line, a second insulating layer laminated on the conductive layer and having an opening opened on the ground line, a ground layer laminated on the second insulating layer so as to cover the signal line and electrically connected to the ground line, and a third insulating layer covering the ground layer. The ground layer includes a first conductive paste filled in the opening so as to cover the ground line exposed on the bottom of the opening, and a second conductive paste applied so as to continuously cover the first conductive paste and the second insulating layer.
