PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a device for converting wind power into electric power (in particular, a lateral shaft wind turbine) of generating specific low frequency vibration resulting in difficulty in its installation in a city area and its poor practicality as an electric power supply source due to the low air flow rate (average wind speed) and the low energy density derived therefrom despite the need of a power generator with a small occupied area attached to or integrated with a building structure in an urban area. SOLUTION: The wind power generator with generator-integrated thin fans combined by a parallel multiplex converts even air flow of a low flow rate with only a low energy density into electric energy in multiple stages by combining generator-integrated thin fans by a parallel multiplex. By installing solar power generation panels around the generator, electric power is supplied stably even in the case sufficient wind power is not obtained.
