PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle with insulating particles capable of increasing the conduction reliability in electrically connecting electrodes with each other. SOLUTION: The conductive particles 1 with insulating particles, each include: a conductive particle 2 having a polymer particle 4 and a conductive layer 5 covering a surface 4a of the polymer particle 4; and the insulating particles 3 attached to the surface 2a of the conductive particle 2.
