PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end cap for a pipe which permits discharge of water within the pipe while the end cap is attached to the pipe. SOLUTION: A water channel 4 is formed in a cylinder portion 1B in the end cap 1 from the front end to the base end of the cylinder portion 1B, and a water running groove 5 is disposed on the rear surface 3 of a shielding portion 1A in the end cap 1 for connecting the water channel 4 to outside. When water penetrates into the pipe 10 when a wheelchair is washed, the pipe 10 is inclined to make water flow toward an opening of the pipe 10, or toward the end cap 1. Then, water within the pipe 10 runs along the inner surface of the pipe 10, passing through the water channel 4, further passing through the water running groove 5 to flow out.
