PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device, a navigation method, and a navigation program, which provide guidance that considers a vehicle condition when departing. SOLUTION: The navigation device 50 includes: a travel information DB 52b associating operation information specifying the operation of the vehicle at respective positions traveled by the vehicle with vehicle condition information specifying the vehicle condition of the vehicle in at least one position of the respective positions traveled by the vehicle to store them for respective series of travels mutually; a reference position obtaining part 51a obtaining a reference position related to vehicle travel; a vehicle condition obtaining part 51b obtaining a vehicle condition of the vehicle at the reference position; and a display control part 51c specifying a series of travels corresponding to the reference position obtained by the reference position obtaining part 51a and the vehicle condition obtained by the vehicle condition obtaining part 51b, obtaining the operation information corresponding to the specified series of travels from the travel information DB 52b, and performing display control of the obtained operation information.
