PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat bidet device in a western style toilet, which is capable of simultaneously washing the front surface side and back surface side of a toilet seat, quickening the drying of the toilet seat and completely drying it, prevents the soil and scratches or the like of the toilet seat after washing, has excellent appearance, and eliminates the risk of discharging washing water and hot air toward the back of a person further. SOLUTION: The toilet seat 2 is attached on the toilet 1 so as to be lifted, a tightly closable washing chamber 3 provided with an automatic opening/closing door 31 on the front surface is arranged at the rear part of the toilet 1, and toilet seat housing means 4 for rotating the front part of the toilet seat 2 so as to lift it, also moving it to the back and housing it is provided. Further, washing means 6 for washing both surfaces of the toilet seat 2 and drying means 7 for drying the washed toilet seat 2 are at least provided inside the washing chamber 3.
