PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound whose absorbing and light-emitting wavelengths are located on the relatively long wavelength side of the visible region, and which has thermal stability, has functions as a colorant and/or a light-emitting material, and has practicality thereof, and to provide a method for producing the same.
