PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency during connection by preventing a heat exchange medium supply/discharge pipe from being displaced while arranging an air conditioner as compact as possible. SOLUTION: The air conditioner for a vehicle includes: a blower unit having a blowing fan and a blowing casing storing the blowing fan; an air conditioning unit 3 having a heat exchanger and an air conditioning casing 42 storing the heat exchanger; and a duct 4 connecting the blowing casing to the air conditioning casing 42. The heat exchange medium supply/discharge pipe 41a extending to the outside of the air conditioning casing 42 is connected to the heat exchanger. The heat exchange medium supply/discharge pipe 41a is positioned by the duct 4. An outdoor piping is connected to the heat exchange medium supply/discharge pipe 41a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
