PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector assembly including a shield structure having high shielding effect. SOLUTION: The connector assembly includes a first connector connected to a cable, and a second connector fit to the first connector along a first direction. The first connector includes a first inner conductor, a first outer conductor, and a first housing for holding the first outer conductor. A groove part is formed on the first housing. The first outer conductor includes an abutted part exposed in the groove part. The second connector includes a second inner conductor, a second outer conductor connected to the first outer conductor, a second housing for holding the second outer conductor, and a shield case covering the second housing. The shield case includes a contact part and a spring part. The contact part is inserted in the groove part of the first housing when the connector is fitted, and directly abuts on the abutted part in the direction orthogonal to a first direction.
