PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a measurement error from being generated by an adsorption of a nitrogen dioxide within an apparatus in the measurement apparatus for measuring the physical quantity regarding the nitrogen dioxide. SOLUTION: A concentration sensor 111 (the measurement apparatus) with which a sterilizer 1 is equipped includes: a light guide pipe Ts into which a gas containing the nitrogen dioxide is introduced; a first light emitting section 111a1 for emitting a measurement light for measuring a concentration (the physical quantity) of the nitrogen dioxide to the light guide pipe Ts; and a second light emitting section 111f for emitting a removal light IR for removing the nitrogen dioxide adsorbed within the light guide pipe Ts to the light guide pipe Ts.
