PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor ventilation device inexpensively operable, an indoor ventilation system and a method for the same. SOLUTION: The indoor ventilation system includes: the indoor ventilation device operated by DC electric power; an electric storage device; an AC/DC converter receiving AC electric power from an external electric power supply system, converting the AC electric power into the DC electric power and outputting it; and a change-over switch capable of switching between a first operation mode for supplying output of the AC/DC converter to the indoor ventilation device and the electric storage device and a second operation mode for supplying output of the electric storage device to the indoor ventilation device.
