Disclosed is a control device (40) for an anode non-circulation type fuel cell system provided with a fuel cell (1), a volume part (12) capable of temporarily storing an anode off-gas discharged from the fuel cell, a discharge means (14) for discharging the anode off-gas to the outside, and a temperature detection means (43) for detecting the temperature of the fuel cell. The control device (40) is provided with an anode gas supply control means (55) for controlling the supply of an anode gas to the fuel cell. The anode gas supply control means (55) comprises an anode upper/lower limit pressure setting means (61) for setting the anode upper limit pressure and the anode lower limit pressure, an anode pressure increase speed setting means (62) for setting the anode pressure increase speed on the basis of at least the temperature of the fuel cell detected by the temperature detection means, and an anode gas pressure increase/decrease control means (63) for repeating pressure increase in which the pressure is increased by supplying the anode gas and increased to the anode upper limit pressure at the anode pressure increase speed and pressure decrease in which the pressure is decreased by restricting the supply of the anode gas and decreased to the anode lower limit pressure. When the temperature of the fuel cell detected by the temperature detection means is lower than a predetermined temperature, the anode pressure increase speed setting means (62) sets the anode pressure increase speed to a slower speed than when the temperature of the fuel cell is higher than or equal to the predetermined temperature. |
