<p>Disclosed are: a transparent conductive film which exhibits low light absorption on the long wavelength side, while having good carrier mobility and lower electrical resistivity; and a device which comprises the transparent conductive film. Specifically disclosed is a transparent conductive film (2), which contains indium oxide that contains hydrogen and cerium, and which is substantially composed of a polycrystalline structure. The transparent conductive film (2) has a resistivity of 3.4 × 10-4 O·cm.</p> |
