摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a vibration-type angular-velocity sensor, the relationship between the resonant frequencies in the driving-axis direction and the detection-axis direction varies due to such factors as a pressure variation inside a housing for enclosing the sensor therein, and a temperature variation and an elapsed-time deterioration in the sensor element and its control circuit themselves, and that the detection sensitivity of the sensor varies accordingly. <P>SOLUTION: An angular-velocity detecting apparatus is composed of a synchronous-detection means for performing the synchronous detection of a displacement signal from a vibrator, a means for changing a voltage value so that the output of the synchronous-detection means always becomes equal to its maximum value, the voltage value being applied to a resonant-frequency adjusting electrode, and a means for feeding back the output of the voltage-value changing means to the resonant-frequency adjusting electrode in a detection-axis direction. As the result, the detection sensitivity of the sensor can be kept constant without being affected by the variations of temperature and pressure, elapsed-time deterioration and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
