<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a changeover device for enabling a user to manually operate a changeover to a trial operating mode from a usual operating mode. <P>SOLUTION: A changeover circuit 26 of a load control unit 1 detects open and close of a circuit breaker 7, gives a normal power to a multi-functional protection relay device 5 from a main circuit 3 in a closed-circuit state of the circuit breaker 7, and gives a power for testing to the multi-functional protection relay device 5 in an open-circuit state of the circuit breaker 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
