The circuit components for the amplifier are mounted on a common printed circuit board (23) and are soldered in position, with dividing wall sections (18, 19, 20) fitting onto the circuit board (23), so as to define at least two adjacent chambers, for screening the different parts of the amplifier circuit. The dividing wall sections (18, 19, 20) are defined by a plate, with two folds at 90 deg. to form a Z-shape, so as to provide the side wall (19) of one chamber, the dividing wall (18) between chambers and the opposite side wall (20) of the adjacent chamber. The missing adjacent side walls (15, 16) of the end chambers are provided by an L-shaped plate (10). The edges of each plate (21, 22) are provided with flanges to allow the plates to be fitted together. |
