PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely transmits content through remote access via an external network such as a WAN while exceeding restriction of RTT and TTL. SOLUTION: Copyright protection environment of the content is constructed based on a DTCP-IP similar to a conventional domestic access also in the remote access, by clearly defining a treatment method of a flag for controlling the remote access of the content and clearly defining an authentication method when a content use device performs the remote access.
