PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image forming device, an image forming system, an image reader, and a program capable of zooming dotted images for processing. SOLUTION: When an image reading part receives a scanning start signal (S101), image scanning is started (S102), and its image data are accumulated in an image accumulating part (S103). When the processor is in an automatic detection mode (Yes at S104), an image region extracting processing part extracts a square region (S105), and a margin detecting part detects a margin (S106), and then an image region correcting part corrects the square region (S107). It is determined whether or not the processor is in an automatic zooming mode (S108). If it is determined to be in the automatic zooming mode (Yes at S108), an image zooming processing part calculates a zooming rate (S109), and then zooms a small image (S111).
