PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint cover device for a floor, which can constantly maintain uniform continuity of a water passage gap even when a cover body is individually displaced in the width direction of a joint. SOLUTION: A holding retainer frame 16, which is equipped with the water passage gap 20 elongated in a direction along the joint s in a position flush with the floor f1, is arranged at the side edge of the floor f1 of a building A to which one end of the cover body C is to be connected. Thus, even when the plurality of cover bodies C are individually displaced in the width direction of a joint s due to, for example, vibrations generated by earthquakes or passage on the cover body C, the state of the uniform continuity of the water passage gap 20 in a direction along the joint s can be constantly obtained without reference to then displacement of the cover bodies.
