PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device enhancing steering stability by suitably setting compliance of an elastic bushing. SOLUTION: The suspension device includes a housing 110; a tie rod 152 arranged at a front side than an axle center of a front wheel W; a suspension arm 130 made rockable relative to a vehicle body 1 and the housing 110; and a front bushing 190 and a rear bushing 200 provided on a connection part of the suspension arm and the vehicle body. The rear bushing includes an outer cylinder 210 arranged so as to approximately lay a central axis in a vertical direction and fixed to the suspension arm; an inner cylinder 220 fixed to the vehicle body; and an elastic body 230 filled in a space between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. An interval of an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder and an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder filled with the elastic body is made smaller at an inner side in a vehicle width direction relative to an outer side in the vehicle width direction.
