PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding device wherein a valve is operated automatically only by injecting a solution into a channel without using an external device. SOLUTION: This liquid feeding device 20 has two channels 23, 24. In the liquid feeding device 20, the one channel 23 includes a first reservoir 25 on the end, and a valve part 27 is arranged on the outlet side to the channel of the first reservoir 25, and the other channel 24 includes a second reservoir 28 on the end, and an operation part 30 is arranged at a prescribed distance from the outlet side to the channel of the second reservoir 28. The valve part 27 includes a valve electrode 31 having an electro-wetting action, and the operation part 30 includes an operation electrode 32 wherein a potential is changed by a battery action by being brought into contact with electrolytic solution, and the valve electrode 31 of the valve part 27 has an electric connection to the operation electrode 32 of the operation part 30.
