METHOD FOR CREATING HOLOGRAM, HOLOGRAM, AND SECURITY MEDIUM USING THE HOLOGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a hologram, for creating a hologram excellent in security property with high accuracy by an efficient method, and to provide a hologram excellent in security property and a security medium using the hologram. SOLUTION: The method for creating a hologram comprises recording a pattern based on an original image 10 on a hologram recording face by computing by use of a computer and creating a hologram 200 based on the pattern. The method includes steps of: recording a pattern based on the original image 10 in an original image region 1 on a hologram recording face 20; defining a near-field light region 101 on the hologram recording face 20; determining a pattern in the near-field light region 101; erasing a portion of the original image region 1 on the hologram recording face 20, the portion corresponding to the near-field light region 101, and overwriting the near-field light region 101 thereon so as to obtain the data of the original image region 1 and the near-field light region 101 on the hologram recording face 20; and drawing an image based on the data.
