PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet which is simply structured and easy to manufacture and which can use an exchangeable image sheet as a part of the jacket, and to provide a jacket for wrapping the booklet. SOLUTION: The jacket 1 includes a spine 3 and a cover 2 that is provided at both ends of the spine 3 in a foldable manner. The jacket 1 is provided with a sheet 5 that has a transparent region 20a in part and a base material 10 that is stuck to the rear surface of the region of the sheet 5 corresponding to the cover 2 and to the rear surface of the region of the sheet 5 corresponding to the spine 3. The base material 10 has a recess 15 formed and arranged on the rear surface of the transparent region 20a.
