PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of achieving the easiness of circuit design and the reduction of electric signal noises by lowering a readout speed which should be provided by electric signals readout from detecting elements. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device 20 comprises an X-ray generating unit 22 and a radiation detector 23. The radiation detector 23 includes: a plurality of detecting elements arranged in the slice direction and the channel direction; a readout circuit for reading out electric signals from the detecting elements; a plurality of integration amplifiers connected to the plurality of detecting elements and for storing the charges of the electric signals readout from the detecting elements; and a plurality of A/D converters for A/D converting a plurality of electric signals readout from the plurality of detecting elements. The electric signals readout by the integration amplifiers from the plurality of detecting elements are readout by preparing time shift of readout period in the A/D converter.
