PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify arrangement and construction of a hydraulic control device; and to reduce vehicle cost. SOLUTION: A load-receiving platform elevating device includes a load-receiving platform 7 installed at the rear of the vehicle; a hydraulic cylinder disposed between the load-receiving platform 7 and the vehicle; the hydraulic control device 1 for controlling expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder; and a transmitting section 4 for outputting a radio wave to the hydraulic control device 1. An operation section 5, which controls the output of the radio wave and is disposed in a vehicle driving room 6, is connected to the transmitting section 4. The hydraulic control device 1 includes a receiving section 2 for receiving the radio wave; a control section 3 for controlling supply and discharge of hydraulic operating fluid with respect to the hydraulic cylinder; a power supply section 22 for supplying power to the control section 3; and a determination section 21 which is connected to the receiving section 2 and performs on-off switching control of electric connection of the control section 3 and the power supply section 22.
