PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in size of a member forming a hot air passage with a side wall of a heating chamber, and to mount the member on the heating chamber in a state of being correctly positioned, in a heating cooker provided with an air trunk in which hot air passes, on a side wall (side plate) of a heating chamber (inner box). SOLUTION: A number of side supply holes 35 are formed in the longitudinal direction at lower parts of the side plates 8, 9, a cover plate 36 having a recessed section 37 extending in the longitudinal direction is applied to outer faces of the side plates 8, 9 in a state that the recessed section 37 covers a part on which the side supply holes 35 are formed. Here, a mating piece 51 at an upper end of the cover plate 36 is applied to a receiving piece 45 of a positioning plate 43 fixed to the side plates 8, 9, and insert pieces 52 intermittently extending from the mating piece 51 are inserted between supporting pieces 46 intermittently formed on the receiving piece 45 in a bent state, thus the cover plate 36 is positioned.
