PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thickness of a hinge, in hinge structure rotating and opening two casings from a piled-up and closed state, and a mobile device having the hinge structure. SOLUTION: In the hinge structure having a rotary shaft 12 rotating and opening the two casings 1, 2 from the piled-up and closed state, an elastic member 16 applying a pressing force against an outer peripheral face of the rotational shaft 12, and a click generating means 18 disposed to a shaft end of the rotational shaft 12, are provided. Specifically, the elastic member is a disk spring 16. A spherical body 17 is disposed between the outer peripheral face of the rotational shaft 12 and the elastic member 16.
