PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator for heating not disturbing daylighting and ventilation even when it is disposed on a dust-outlet part, and having a bedding drying function. SOLUTION: All of fins 5b are manually rotated at a right angle to a back face (wall face or window face) in heating. Thus, a hot-water radiator 1 can be used without disturbing daylighting even when it is disposed on a front face of the dust-outlet or a fixed window. Further in drying bedding, all of the fins 5b are rotated at 90 degrees to the position for heating, to be positioned in parallel with the wall face or the window face. Further to rotate the fins, an interval between pipes and a fin width are determined to satisfy 2×r1<d0 when a distance between the adjacent hot-water pipes is d0, and a distance (radius of rotation) from a center of the hot-water pipe 4 to a tip to the tip of the fin 5b is r1.
