<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step screw facilitating positioning of a fastened member even when a commonly-used assembly method is used, and to provide fastening structure using the step screw. <P>SOLUTION: The step screw 1 positions and fixes a base 20 having a fastening hole 21, and a positioned member 30 communicating with the fastening hole 21 and having an insertion hole 31 larger in diameter than the fastening hole 21. The step screw 1 includes: a shaft part having a screw part 14 screwed with the fastening hole 21, and a first cylinder part 13 integrated with one end part of the screw part 14 and suitable for the insertion hole 31; and a head part having a flange part 12 integrated with one end part of the first cylinder part 13 and larger in diameter than the first cylinder part 13. An axial length L2 of the screw part 14 is shorter than an axial length t of the insertion hole 31, and an axial length L1 of the first cylinder part 13 is longer than the axial length t of the insertion hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
