<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a long-term change tendency in the performance and soundness of a plant and to provide information available for future maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: Measurement data measured by a plurality of sensors arranged in respective positions of the plant are stored in time series, a process performance index is calculated by using measurement data having the predetermined number of data for every sensor, a regression equation is found out from the process performance indexes of the time series, and time, in which the process performance index for every sensor indicates the abnormal conditions of the plant, is predicted from a threshold of the process performance index for every sensor for determining the normal or abnormal conditions of the plant and from the regression equation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
