PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid falling of an onboard stirring rod from an onboard bracket of a vacuum truck. SOLUTION: When the first bracket 30 is inserted into a through hole 28 formed at a position eccentric from a center G of gravity of a stirring plate 16, the stirring plate 16 is hung on the first bracket 30 in a form that the center G of gravity of the stirring plate 16 is located on a lower side of the through hole 28. At this time, a grip part 18a with a hole is inserted into a second bracket 32 by turning up and down an open direction of a hole 20 and is held in a form of a half rotation to a hook-shaped depth side of the second bracket 32 by an attitude change of the onboard stirring rod 26 caused by the position of the center G of gravity in relation to the through hole 28 of the stirring rod 16. As a result, unexpected falling of the stirring rod 16 from the onboard brackets 30 and 32 is avoided, even if the onboard stirring rod 26 is oscillated by shock during traveling of the vacuum truck.
