MODULATING DEVICE, COMMUNICATION DEVICE, AND SHORT-RANGE RADAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter which eliminates local leakage regardless of changes in the state of modulation by reducing influences on modulation signals more than a conventional transmitter.

SOLUTION: The modulating device includes: a signal generator 13 for generating first and second data; a local oscillating means 10 that generates a first local signal and a second local signal in phase opposite to the first local signal, a first modulator 1 that generates modulation waves from the first data and the first local signal; a second modulator 2 that generates modulation waves from the second data and the second local signal; and a synthesizer 3 that synthesizes the modulation waves generated by the first and second modulators 1, 2.
