<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate a meaning of a word to a word of an unknown meaning. <P>SOLUTION: An information input part 31 inputs a document. A word information extracting processing part 32 extracts a first letter string among a plurality of letter strings included in the document input by the information input part 31. In ontology stored in an ontology storage part 22, when a semantic relation information analysis processing part 34 cannot determine a semantic class matched with an instance showing the first letter string uniquely, it specifies an instance which indicates a second letter string in a co-occurrence relation with the first letter string among a plurality of the letter strings included in the document input by the information input part 31 and which can determine the semantic class uniquely in the ontology.
