PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically give a title to a document according to the purpose of use.

SOLUTION: A document preparation apparatus includes: a storage part storing information of corresponding relation among a word of a predetermined subject target, a predetermined attribute of a document and predetermined subject information; a document analysis part for extracting the word of the subject target from the document to be analyzed; and a subject generation part for reading the subject information corresponding to a combination of the attribute registered information corresponding to purpose-of-use information of the document to be analyzed and the extracted word from the storage part and inputting the extracted word to the subject based on the subject information.
