<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to insert a document element satisfying constraint of a structured document to an instructed position even though the user does not know the constraint of the structured document when editing the structured document in a display screen with a document for display displayed thereon. <P>SOLUTION: An element value searching part 36 searches element values of document elements respectively from the upstream and downstream of the position of an insertion cursor. An element candidate extracting part 38 extracts a document element which is inserted between a document element having the element value searched from the upstream and a document element having the element value searched from the downstream and satisfies the constraint, a candidate presenting part 40 displays a document element name of the extracted document element on the display screen as a document element candidate. An element inserting part 42 inserts the document element candidate selected by a mouse operation into a position which is on the structured document where the document element candidate is inserted according to the constraint and is the nearest to a position corresponding to the position of the insertion cursor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
