<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-definition image which keeps smoothness of the image and is free from density irregularity by appropriately correcting a conveyance amount of a conveying roller. <P>SOLUTION: For a target movement amount of paper 20 as an object to be conveyed, a quantizing process is performed by calculating a rotation amount of a conveying roller based on a diameter of the conveying roller for conveying this and separating a pulse number corresponding to the rotation amount of the conveying roller 18 to an integer element and a fractional element. Then, a value is calculated by subtracting a random number generated separately from the fractional element as a quantizing error. Based on the calculated value, one pulse is added to or subtracted from the quantized pulse number or the quantized pulse number as it is without addition nor subtraction, a process for calculating a correction rotation amount of the conveying roller 18 is performed and the rotation of the conveying roller 18 is controlled based on this. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
