<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of welding the terminal of a controller, to which microspot TIG welding can be applied even in the case of joining wide terminals such as terminals for a power source circuit while suppressing a thermal effect on other components. <P>SOLUTION: In welding the tip ends 11a, 21a of two wide strip-like terminals 11, 21 in a superimposed state by microspot TIG welding, the tip ends 11a, 21a of the terminals 11, 21 are divided into a plurality of narrower tip ends having a width to which microspot TIG welding can be made, by preparing slits 11b, 21b in the intermediate part in the width direction of the terminals 11, 21 from the edge of the tip ends. Then, an electrode 101 is brought closer to each narrower tip end to perform microspot TIG welding, thereby fusing and joining the tip ends 11a, 21a of both terminals 11, 21 with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
