PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency and work efficiency. SOLUTION: The device for discharging molten metal includes a metal storage block 2 for storing a molten metal 100, a metal discharging block 3 which contains a nozzle 14 for discharging a metal ball 100a formed from the molten metal toward an electrode 22 provided on an interposer 21, a beam radiating block 4 which contains a beam emitter 17 for emitting a heating beam 200 and a beam source 18 for generation of the heating beam emitted from the beam emitter, and a beam guide 5 which guides the heating beam emitted from the beam emitter to the electrode. The metal ball discharged from the nozzle advances in the heating beam, guided to the electrode by the beam guide, and hits the electrode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
