PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency and work efficiency. SOLUTION: The device for discharging molten metal includes a metal storage block 2 for storing a molten metal 100, a metal discharging block 3 which contains a nozzle 14 for discharging a metal ball 100a formed from the molten metal toward an electrode 22 provided on an interposer 21, a beam radiating block 4 which contains a beam emitter 17 for emitting a heating beam 200 and a beam source 18 for generation of the heating beam emitted from the beam emitter, and a beam guide 5 which guides the heating beam emitted from the beam emitter to the electrode.
