PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of maintaining a metal plate and an electrode terminal at a stably low resistance connection state for a long period while battery cells wherein positive and negative electrode terminals are respectively made from different metals are connected through the metal plate. SOLUTION: The battery pack has the plurality of battery cells 1 wherein the positive and negative electrode terminals 2 are made from different metals, and the positive and negative electrode terminals 2 of each battery cell 1 are connected with the metal plates 3. The metal plate 3 in the battery pack is made of a clad material wherein a first metal plate 3A connected with one electrode terminal 2 of the battery cell 1 and a second metal plate 3B connected with the other electrode terminal 2 are joined between a connection section to the positive and negative electrode terminals 2.
