PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a slide damper to smoothly move, in a slide damper device. SOLUTION: The slide damper device adjusts an opening of a flow passage provided in a case of a vehicular air-conditioner by sliding the slide damper. The slide damper device includes: a guide 1 provided on an inner wall of the case; and a coupling portion 3 provided at a side end portion of the slide damper, slidably fitted with the guide, and coupling the slide damper to the guide. The slide damper device includes a plurality of sliding portions 20 each having a sliding surface 3b of the coupling portion 3 to the guide 1 and a sliding surface 1a of the guide 1 to the coupling portion 3 which have a sliding relationship mutually. In all sliding portions 20, the sliding surface 3b of the coupling portion 3 to the guide 1 or the sliding surface 1a of the guide 1 to the coupling portion 3 is inclined.
