PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a possibility where, in case where a non-electrically-insulated track circuit is used when a train is present in a control boundary track circuit, a logic section connected with a transmitter cannot detect a timing at which a logic section connected with a receiver sets an ATC telegram message of the outer track circuit of the control boundary track circuit to be "not yet transmitted" and transmits the ATC telegram message to the control boundary track circuit regardless of the ATC telegram message is transmitted to the outer track circuit. SOLUTION: Adjacent logic sections in a digital ATC device are connected with each other via a dedicated LAN. A train entering side logic section is connected with the transmitter in the control boundary track circuit. A train exiting side logic section is connected with a receiver. The train entering side logic section transmits the content of a TD telegram message, which is transmitted to the transmitter via the dedicated LAN, to the train exiting side logic section.
