PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst coated object showing excellent harmful gas decomposition properties and antifungal-algicidal properties while suppressing the deterioration of a base material, and a photocatalyst aqueous coating solution. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst coated object is equipped with the base material and the photocatalyst layer provided on the base material. The photocatalyst layer is obtained by drying the photocatalyst coating solution applied to the base material and the photocatalyst coating solution is composed of photocatalytic titanium oxide particles, niobium oxide particles, a silicone emulsion, a water-soluble silver compound and water.
