PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for efficiently training a plurality of muscles, which relates to snapping of wrists, gripping powers and twisting of the wrists, existing in a forearm further from an elbow of an arm. SOLUTION: Round posts 2 and 4 thick enough to be held with a hand has a hole each penetrating through a center thereof, and a clamping bolt 1 is passed through the round posts 2 and 4 to clamp them with a clamping nut 5. Both the round posts are aligned straight and a frictional resistance is generated at a part 3 where the round posts contact each other depending on the degree of clamping. The round post 2 is held with the right hand while the round post 4 with the left hand, and both the round posts are turned alternately in different directions, thereby enabling training of the forearm parts.
